Entrepreneurship: US and Europe.

I think this is one of those half-full / half-empty graphs. As a closet optimist, I’m encouraged by the “Barrier” column - it’s important that both the actual and psychological barriers to entrepreneurship improve in Europe and it seems like over the last several years, the actual barriers have lessened.   As for the psychological barriers - I’d like to know what the “Perception” column looked like a few years ago.
